Job Title: Part-Time Sales Coordinator
Location: Gaskins and Gayton Road
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

We are looking for an organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, who can help us bring our marketing to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming sales orders and input them into QuickBooks
Generate and send invoices to customers
Track and monitor order statuses, ensuring timely delivery
Send email blasts to customers regarding promotions, updates, and other relevant communications
Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales data and customer interactions
Handle general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a related role preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
