Seeking a detailed oriented, technically skilled, mature, self-motivated multi-tasker with a mind for problem solving to work side-by-side with our COO to perform technical sales support.
Must have excellent Excel, Word, Outlook skills. Must have worked on CRM systems in the past, and must be IT savvy and technically minded.
This is a fully remote position, so the emphasis is on self-motivation and fast paced as it relates to daily activities, learning new systems and coming up with improved processes.
Our company is related to electronic security and low voltage integration with an established customer base.
This candidate should possess the following skills at minimum:
Excel: Ability to set up sheets and tables, formatting, mid-level formulas, Vlookup as a basic set of skills
Word: Be able to draft letters and edit proposals to present to customers
Outlook: Proper understanding of outlook, calendaring, etc
CRM: Have previous experience in updating and maintaining a CRM system for customers, vendors and suppliers.
IT Skills: Be self-proficient in setting a PC up, maintaining internet access, resolve any of your own PC related issues, install software, set and maintain access to Google Drive and Microsoft One Drive, navigate and manage a folder structure.
The candidate needs to be able to perform these tasks without being a burden to other staff to make things work and keep them working.
Added skills: Knowledge of HTML, basic scripting, advanced Excel scripting and formulas will be a clear bonus.
