Stoneman Motorsports is a Powersports Dealership and Heavy Equipment Brokerage.
We are looking for an individual who is excited to help with the administrative processes within a growing small business.
Position Available: Office Manager
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
-Managing all aspects of the backend of the dealership
-Loading info, allocating costs to inventory and pulling reports on our Dealer Management System
-Familiarizing yourself with and Maintaining MVDB Compliance Standards
-Administrative filing and paperwork
-Assisting with developing Policies and Procedures.
-Prepping deal paperwork
-Processing Title and Tags
-Audit all sales deals after completion, and closing out inventory.
-Maintaining Customer Accounts
-Assisting with marketing efforts
-Assist with the business owner's calendar.
-Must be reliable, willing to learn, personable, and able to work independently.
-Assist with other administrative functions as needed.
Hourly Position: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 PM
