I am in need of an attorney who would be willing to file criminal charges and file suit against Microsoft and one of its employees who has been purposely sabotaging my computer for over 7 months on a contingency basis. They have deleted photoshop off of my computer, installed a script that deletes any attempt to reinstall it. They have changed security privileges on numerous files and programs. They’ve deleted printer and audio drivers, crashed my computer numerous times, made programs unusable, and more. I’ve had to reinstall windows ten about 20 times in the past 7 months.
I can’t get any work done because of having to constantly troubleshoot, fix or reinstall windows over and over. I am fed up with this prick and their BS! They are disrupting my business and my sanity.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was contacted by Microsoft high level customer service rep and they stopped for about a week. I also filed a complaint with the FBI cyber crime site but haven’t been contacted or received anything.
