Looking for reliable individuals who can work independently, flexible to work on evenings, weekends and some holidays, in extreme heat and cold weather conditions. You must have reliable transportation and a working telephone who can start work at 7 AM and meet at a convenient location on Broad Street in Shockoe Bottom. Residential and commercial landscaping experience preferred where noise level may be high. Social security or Green Card required!
Job Duties: Safely operate Zero turn or Wright Stand-up mowers, backpack blowers and other commercial equipment to spread mulch, blow leaves, edge beds, operate weedeater at curbs and walkways watching for trash, limbs and rocks, trim hedges, clean and carry debris. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and push and pull equipment.
Seeking additional responsibility for Driver/Crew Member: Must have your own transportation to be able to meet in Mechanicsville. You need a current and valid Virginia driver's license w/good driving record and experience running and maintaining equipment - load gas cans, load and unload mowers and secure equipment.
