Grounds Man

Nottingham Green Apts is looking for reliable Grounds man, Driver's License required. Duties to perform also include but not limited to walking the property to maintain cleanness, picking up trash, getting vacant units ready for maintenance, helping as needed throughout the property when inclement weather arises; and to ensure adherence to customer service standards, work within deadlines with or without supervision, interact professionally with other employees and tenants, etc.
