RVA on Wheels is a tour company that encompasses Segway of Richmond, RVA Trolley, and Pedego RVA, and we are currently looking for a few outgoing and enthusiastic people to help in the store and lead some of our tours, whether it be on Segways, trolleys or e-bikes!
The job in the store would include the basics, like answering phones, scheduling tours, and checking people in, but it is a lot more than just that. It is extremely important to us that everyone who walks through the door feels welcome and leaves having had a great time throughout the whole process, whether they took a Segway tour, trolley tour, rented an electric bike, or just popped in for information! The store does tend to get very busy, especially on the weekends, so good time management and multitasking skills are necessary, along with attention to detail. When leading tours, the focus is first and foremost on the safety of our guests for the Segway and e-bike tours specifically, but of course, being able to deliver the information in a fun, witty, and engaging way is also very important!
We help people organize tours, charters, and events for Richmonders, out-of-towners, family, friends, and corporate teams, so you would be dealing with people of all ages and from all kinds of different places around the world!
