A well known, high volume restaurant and bar in the Midlothian / Chesterfield area is seeking to hire a rock star Kitchen Manager for the BOH and a rock star Assistant Manager for the FOH. We are seeking dependable, mature, hard working, motivated individuals who have extensive experience managing a large staff. Both positions are salaried, both positions can expect a 50 - 55 hour work week with two days off. Potential for benefits after 60 days of employment. The AM should have at least 2-3 years of various FOH experience, and the KM should have at least 5 years experience managing a high volume kitchen with many moving parts.
