Experienced Residential Housekeepers Wanted (Richmond)

We are looking for more experienced house cleaners to work into our rotations. Have your own clients? No problem! Need more clients to fill your schedule? We can help you! We work around your schedule and only schedule cleanings when you are available on an as needed basis. This is a 1099 contractor position. You must have your own supplies, reliable transportation and a bank account to get paid Must be able to pass a background check, and must have a SSN. Must have AT LEAST 2 years of experience in a professional cleaning environment. We do all types of cleans, ranging from standard cleaning, organizing, deep cleaning, move-in, move-out cleaning, airbnbs, etc. Pay is a set rate for clean depending on the size of the home, the condition it's in and what type of clean we are doing. Typically, our cleaners average anywhere from $20-25/hr depending on their speed and efficiency, however pay is NOT hourly. It is a set rate. Adjustments can be made of needed if the place is dirtier than expected.
