Manage the technical certifications / training to maintain and elevate our partnership statusManage the sandbox environment setup for all internal training needsManage the CSAT scores / entry required for partnershipsManage the leads / opportunity entry into partner portalsManage and maintain the process to get partner funding for client initiatives (MAP, ECIF)Acts a liaison between CapTech IT and our practitioner community with technical support from the partners.
