Job DescriptionWe collaborate in the production of Pre-Pack (PPK) in a safe environment with the highest quality standards, developing our human talent, fulfilling and satisfying the needs of our customers, the builders of tomorrow.ThePre-Pack Level5positionis the support leader of the area whooptimizesand manages resources (number of people andrequiredproduction),participatesand ensures the follow-up of continuous improvement processes (LCI tools) andmaintainsa good atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork for their respective area.Responsibilities:
SupportGroupLeader/Shift SupervisorwithoperationsofPre-Pack area.
Report any type of incident that occurs withinLVAimmediatelyto the responsible authorities.
Follow the guidelines established in accordance with the Security Policies that are governed within the LEGO Group.
Activelyparticipatein the drills and activities related to the safety issue carried out in the plant.
Comply in a timely manner with the established processes and procedures related to the care and maintenance of the environment, including the correct disposal of waste selected as recyclable, as well as make good use of resources such as water and electricity, report the lack of resources to carry out the processes correctly and report suggestions for improvement focused on the care of the environment.
Ensure 5(S)execution.
Confirm that team members do ergonomic exercises.
Confirm that people follow safety standards and escalate/report to supervisor in case of non-compliancei.e.Correct use of PPE.
Maintain the actions taken in case of accidents/incidents so that there is no new accident/incident due to the same cause.
Comply withyour proactive safety indicator per month.
Ensure that the 360methodologyandStop Call Waitare applied.
Other job duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS OF JOB
2 to 5 yearsminimumexperiencemanaging people.
2 to 5 yearswarehouse experience.
Advancedand verifiedknowledge in Pre-Pack/P99 lines/joker lines.
Complete and pass all required skillsassessments, and in role hours training requirementsfor Level1to4pre-pack levels
Continuous standing and walking
Turning body side-to-side
Lifting product up to 33 lbs.
Grabbing/Pinching
Reach away from your body.
Bending/ squatting
18 years of age.
Must be willing and able to work12 hourshift.
Starting Salary: $24.00
