Job Description Are you organized, meticulous and can work in a fast-paced international environment? Come join our team and bring your amazing professional skills to our LEGO Manufacturing Virginia (LVA) team at the LEGO Group! Core Responsibilities

Overall ownership of VP calendar and LVA Calendar including 12-month schedule planning for reports, corporate meetings, and team meetings

Monitoring of annual deadlines including Finance and HR deliverables to ensure timely action

Being the administrator of the LEGO Manufacturing Virginia Council.

Handling domestic and international travel arrangements (including visa applications when needed)

Entry management of expense claims

Be the approachable, friendly face of the leadership group of LEGO Manufacturing Virginia by professionally addressing relevant inquiries and assisting in finding efficient solutions for a variety of issues

Outstanding collaboration across the full LVA team

Supporting the onboarding of new LVA leadership team members

Preparing agendas, attending team meetings, communication of meeting outcomes and actions to include action log follow-up

Owner of shared drives and team distribution lists ensuring the constant use of data compliance

Responsible for maintaining confidentiality

Taking direction from VP on actions needed from incoming emails and requests

Independently take appropriate actions on upcoming needs and challenges of the VP and team

Assistance in preparing/finalizing presentations (LVA Townhall support)

Ad HOC project and admin support

3+ years of shown experience as an executive/personal assistant or other relevant experiences

Experience working in a global environment with international mindset

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Belief in the LEGO® brand and mission

A proactive, positive approach to supporting others

A professional demeanor and work ethic

The ability to lean into a team while being independently energized by a volatile environment

Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail

Experience planning and delivering meetings and events

Ability to independently plan and lead own work

Ability to multitask priorities on time

The salary for this position has a range of based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
