We have an Job Opportunity as Analyst with one of our Banking Client,
Job Title: Analyst Duration: 5 MonthsLocation: : Richmond VAPosition Responsibilities:- Advise lines of business on how to comply with the relevant federal and state data breach laws for low severity data security events- Document actions taken on events to comply with the relevant data breach laws- Discuss low severity data breaches with federal regulators- Partner with Legal and the lines of business to complete customer notifications as required by law- breach assessment - Collaborate with business partners and other security breach advisors to maintain network of contacts within the Company for performing research and root cause analysis and defect remediation- Working 10-15 cases at one time
Position Qualifications (Note Must Have vs. Nice to Have):Top 3 SkillsExperience with Privacy Laws- Investigation background ( fraud, AML, privacy or breach compliance experience)Work independently but also able to collaborate with team membersAble to follow step by step processRadar Platform- document notes and provide assessments- tool provides algorithms Education/Certifications Required/Preferred:High school diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience.o Associate’s Degree or 2+ years’ experience in an investigative / compliance driven role e.g. AML, Fraud, Information Security, Audit, or other white collar crimes investigation role - Preferredo Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years’ experience in an investigative / compliance driven role e.g. AML, Fraud, Information Security, Audit, or other white collar crimes investigation role1+ year experience with HIPAA, GLBA, and state data breach compliance investigationsSSCP, CIPP, or similar information security or privacy certificationExperience with HIPAA, GLBA, and State data breach compliance regulations is a plus “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
