We are a small building permit consulting company that is looking for building permit expeditors to submit and secure building permit applications throughout the Richmond/Henrico County, VA area. Commercial and/or Zoning experience a plus. Retired Building/Zoning officials are welcome! You must have your own car and good gas mileage is a plus. We will train and only smiling friendly people need apply. Please note that this is a 1099 contract position. Interested applicants should respond with a resume and/or work history.
