We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, including maintaining financial reports, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing payroll.
Responsibilities include-
A/R and A/P for multiple commercial retail properties
Profit and loss statements
Payroll
Budgets
Monthly bank account reconciliations
Monthly credit card reconciliations
Annual CAM reconciliations
Job Cost Tracking
Provide administrative support to President
Qualifications-
Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems, as well as Word
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
Must have 2 or more years of work experience with a accounting firm, bookkeeper or similar
QuickBooks experience is preferred
