ICF Next, a global marketing agency with a focus on creating change and spurring action, is looking for people like you.We’re searching for an on-call/freelance mid-level Producer to help lead our many projects, anything from small content, social and print shoots to radio still and live action productions. Working for a variety of fun & innovative clients, helping to elevate the execution of content through pre-production, production, and post-production. You’ll play a significant role in managing the many facets of production from booking editors, post-studios, and talent to managing production shoots, budgets, timelines, final asset delivery and billing. Must be a creative problem solver, intuitive, detail oriented, takes initiative, and is able to manage multiple projects.As an on-call/freelancer, you might work zero to 30 hours per week, depending on our workload.ICF Next is an integrated, next-generation commercial, media and marketing partner. Prioritize, and scope video projects based on Creative Brief/CTR. Partner with Creative Directors and Senior Producers to identify appropriate creative team.
Draft and track timelines to manage the creative pipeline from kickoff through approvals, accessibility compliance to final delivery.
Establish and adhere to production budgets per video project
Build great relationships with Account and Project Teams as the go-to source for project details, risks, resourcing, and progress.
Manage and process related paperwork, purchase orders, invoices, releases, etc.
Be a student of the industry, you’re up to date on the latest technology, trends, and tools for video/dynamic content in digital/social and advertising – bringing those options to Studio and to clients.
Work well in a fast-paced, agency environment. You excel at the creative pivot and solutioning, you love the action.
Educate Client, Account and Project teams on the video production process
You’ll need:Basic Qualifications
5+ years of agency production experience
Professional Skills
Experience on variety of commercial and content production projects and sets.
Ability to lead small- to medium integrated productions on time, on budget and on brief in a fast-paced environment
Ability to support Sr. Producer as needed
Knowledge of post-production, including edit, color, animation, and audio.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficient in industry software and platforms such as MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, (Adobe Premier and Creative Suite a plus)
Manage, administer, and process all related paperwork, purchase orders, invoices, releases, etc.
Established relationships with vendors, partners and freelancers and the ability to develop and cultivate relationships with vendors, partners, and freelancers
