Job Title: Shipping Receiving Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shipping receiving manager. We are a fast growing Beverage manufacturing company. We make all kinds of beverages for both alcoholic and non alcohol brands.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist all in bound and outbound freight.
Organize warehouse
Build a shipping and receiving team of people to put together orders.
Load and unload tanker trucks, completing necessary paperwork in compliance with FDA regulations.
Operate forklift for material handling.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding equipment operation and overall production.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation schedules and using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Troubleshoot systems and procedures as needed.
Adhere to Company policies and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in shipping recieving
Forklift operation experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet use.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work any shift, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50-75 pounds and perform physical tasks as described.
