G. M. Renovations II Inc. is a busy local Class "B" contractor seeking a full time SKILLED individual with a minimum of 4-5 plus years experience in residential renovating projects. If you have experience in Kitchen, Bath remodels, deck builds, plumbing, drywall, vinyl siding, window, door, flooring installations etc., please apply.

You must have:
1) Dependable transportation (no drop offs). Van or pick-up a plus. Valid diver's license.
2) Have basic hand tools, hammer, saws, drills, etc. (Specialy tools/equipment provided)
3) Clean criminal background desired, but not a disqualifier. (Case by case considered if you have any prior major convictions.)
4) Able to work Mon - Fri 40 hr. week with no restrictions. No weekend work.
5) Comfortable working off ladders/scaffolding (if needed).
6) Competitive hourly pay ($18 - $25 starting) based on skill level. (Payday each Friday.)
7) Have a checking or savings account for Payroll Direct Deposit. (no paper check or cash payments given.)
8) Have all the documents required to legally work in the U.S. (Green Card, Social Securiy Number, etc.)
This is NOT a 1099 position. I do not pay under the table. (Not looking for a sub-contractor, willing to learn, decided to try construction as a new career field individuals.)
