NOW HIRING: OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Bay Equipment Company, a trusted supplier of construction equipment and materials in the Hampton Roads area, is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
About the Role:
As an Outside Sales Rep, you'll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, promoting our full line of equipment, and providing tailored solutions that support their success on the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Provide product demonstrations and quotes
- Be a problem solver for your clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of rental equipment, machinery, or job site tools is a strong plus. But, we are willing to train the right person.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
