I am an up and coming wholesaler/investor in search of a reliable and competent birddog. I currently work remotely, and so I need a "boots on the ground" type of individual to assist with light duties (making calls, distribution of flyers and business cards, taking pics, etc). This is part-time and compensation can come in the form of a flat rate, commission or percentage. You let me know what works best for you. Keep in mind, the bulk of your pay comes upon "closing."
