We are Electrical contractors in Norfolk, VA seeking a full-time Project Manager Assistant. The right candidate will have the following skills and capabilities.
Commercial electrical knowledge is a plus (would prefer someone with 3-5 years of experience)
QuickBooks experience is preferred
Excel experience is preferred
Dispatching and scheduling experience
Billing
Knowledge of purchase orders and issuing purchase orders
Ordering material-knowledge of electrical material is a plus
Filing and maintaining customer files electronically
Vehicle maintenance tracking
Multitasking
Organized
Excellent customer service skills
Communication skills
Knowledge of pulling permits
The ability to liaison between office staff, field techs, and Project Managers
Must have smart phone
Must have own transportation
Willing to train the right person.
This position is full time-in office. The office hours are M-F 730AM-4PM.
This position comes with a monthly phone allowance, benefits at start, paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation days.
