A private dental office in Chesapeake is looking for a Spanish speaking, energetic, and motivated individual to be apart of our growing family.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle patient calls and effectively manage schedule
Contact patients to confirm appointments and reschedule when needed
Keep up in a fast paced environment
Effectively handle telephone inquiries.
Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service.
Practice/maintain HIPAA protocol
Provide back-up billing/insurance support.
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
6 month front office or experience in a dental office preferably
Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs.
Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented

Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
Strong organizational skills.
