Local VB General Contractor is looking for an experience individual to perform office duties and light bookkeeping.
Answer phones and route calls
Maintain Bid schedules and prepare bid packages
Process incoming main and distribute
Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Manage accounts and perform general bookkeeping using Quick books
Maintain project files
Perform other duties as assigned
Working hours 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Submit resume include salary history and references.
