About the Job:
We’re hiring a residential cleaner/contractor to help with cleaning and light maintenance during tenant move-outs. Most work is rental turnovers in houses and apartments around Hampton Roads.
Typical Tasks:
Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors
Wipe baseboards, cabinets, light switches
Touch up paint or caulk
Replace batteries and air filters
Note any damage or property issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Experience with residential cleaning
- Able to follow a checklist
- Can work alone and stay on schedule
- Transportation to jobs across the area
- Carpets
- Paint Touchups
Pay:
$20-32/hour depending on experience or based on turnover
Schedule:
Full time or part time
