We are looking for someone with experience in commercial construction. We have multiple retail projects coming up such as Car Washes, Gas Stations, and Restaurants.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:
A construction superintendent is responsible for overseeing all daily operations on a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget by coordinating subcontractors, managing staff, and acting as the primary on-site point of contact, while actively monitoring quality control and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities:
Project Management, Site Supervision, Coordination and Communication, Material Management, Budgeting and Cost Control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, blueprints, and construction management software. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and adobe/pdf.
Leadership Skills, Problem-Solving, Communication Skills and Safety Focus.
Construction knowledge and experience required
High School or Equivalent Education required
