APARTMENT TURN MAINTENANCE/PAINTER

Hi we are looking for apartment maintenance /painter people with at least 5yrs experience in make ready turns for someone to move in . You must have experience in minor, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. You must also have your own transportation and tools. The pay will start at 18.00 hr to based off experience with a 40hr work week and you will get paid weekly. We are looking for two people. We evaluate you after 90 days for a raise.
