Buoy 44 Seafood Grill has an immediate need for a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef. We are staffing up for a busy summer and we would love for you to join our team.
Kitchen Manager/Head Chef must have prior experience running a busy kitchen at a full-service restaurant. Ideal candidate should be proficient with ordering from suppliers, scheduling, staffing, inventory, food cost, etc. This position offers a great salary, benefits and bonuses.
