We are a family owned and operated business that has been in Norfolk for 68 years. We are looking for reliable staff for our front and back of house. Server: We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic servers to join our team!
Responsibilities and requirements include:
> Taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service.
> Greeting guests warmly and guiding them to their tables.
> Promptly and efficiently serving food and drink orders.
> Handling cash and credit card transactions.
> Ensuring tables and workstations are clean and set up appropriately.
> Open availability preferred but not required. We are looking to fill morning and night shifts.
> Experience preferred but not required.
> Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
> Must have reliable transportation.
> Must be able to multitask and be able to efficiently work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
> Must be able to perform basic tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and general organization.
> Valid Virginia food safety certification required.
Bartender: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. Responsibilities include preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about mixology and providing excellent service, we want to hear from you!

Line Cook: We are seeking a skilled and hardworking line cook to join our team!
Responsibilities and requirements include:
> Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
> Collaborating efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
> Knowledge of kitchen equipment such as oven, flat top and open flame grills, fryer, knife safety.
> Learning our menu to ensure menu items are prepared correctly.
> Experience required.
> Open availability preferred but not required.
> Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
> Must have reliable transportation.
> Must be able to efficiently work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
> Valid Virginia food safety certification required.
Pay for each position varies depending on position and experience.
