About the Role:
Join our friendly team at Hampton Inn Gloucester as a Front Desk Associate! You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent service by greeting and assisting them throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities:
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Issue room keys and provide Information.
Manage incoming mail and messages efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
Process guest payments and manage billing.
Make, confirm, and cancel reservations for guests.
Arrange restaurant, transportation, and entertainment bookings.
Safeguard guests’ valuables by depositing them securely.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures consistently.
Communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
Arrive on time, dressed in uniform, ready to provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
Additional Requirements:
