Job Title: Heavy Equipment OperatorJob DescriptionThe chosen candidate will perform equipment maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling machines. Their daily tasks will include adjusting hand levers and depressing pedals to operate equipment and control attachments such as blades, buckets, and swing booms. They will discuss plans for the day's work with the field manager, review blueprints if necessary and determine the best method of getting assigned work done safely, accurately, and on time. They will make judgments regarding the most efficient operations of equipment and attachments. They will be expected to comply with all Company Policies including but not limited to Equipment repair/maintenance procedures and Operator Safety Standards.Hard Skills
