Construction Superintendent

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated construction superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and top-notch quality. You’ll lead teams, coordinate resources, and maintain smooth operations throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with extensive field expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for managing people and projects. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, inspect, and approve daily on-site operations.
Coordinate and schedule materials, parts, and subcontractor efforts.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and budget goals.
Procure and manage subcontractors, holding them accountable for results.
Secure construction sites to prevent theft and damage.
Qualifications and Success Factors:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of proven experience managing residential construction projects.
Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades.
