- Work with internal groups reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating knowledge management practices to improve overall collaboration and information sharing.
- Provide knowledge management support to client and the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) Program.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to support, design and develop knowledge management programs and documentation that improves customer satisfaction and employee performance.
- Aid in developing new knowledge management processes, and support diagnosis of current issues
- Redesign, reconstruct, and monitor processes to make sure KM processes are effective.
- Coordinate activities related to the planning, development, delivery, and organization of Training programs, including field-based training and online learning programs.
- Support training and other stakeholder sessions for the implantation and maintenance of knowledge management procedures.
- Assist client with the use of collaborative tools to share information across organizations.
- Maintain client SharePoint sites.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Organizational Behavior, Organization Development or Organization Management
- Experience applying performance management / measurement, strategic planning, research and analysis, change management, and behavioral science concepts, principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Army knowledge management policies and procedures
- Ability to conduct SharePoint training
- Ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders to accomplish mission goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience supporting senior government leaders in an onsite support role
- Experience managing projects to create timely, high-quality deliverables
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize requirements
- Developer experience using SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
- DoD Secret Clearance (will sponsor qualified candidates if needed)
