Adecco is seeking experienced CNC Punch Press Setup Operator. Hours of work are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or midnight to 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime is available. Pay depends on experience.Requirements include:
Ability to Set up and Operate CNC Punch Press;
Experience with material loading automation;
Knowledge of turret punch press tooling, how to select, change & maintain;
Proficiency checking accuracy of work using blueprint and precision measuring tools such as calipers;
Ability to work from blueprints, rough sketches, and customer samples;
Comfortable working in fast paced environment;
Ability to communicate & work well with engineering.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Loading raw material onto punch press material loader;
Removing parts from cut sheet metal;
Locating and moving raw material & parts with pallet jack or forklift;
Basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of punch press and work areas;
Working with maintenance and repair technicians to diagnose equipment problems as needed;
