Follow formulation processes in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Prepare raw materials and solutions accurately and efficiently

Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure flawless results

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to meet production goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of manufacturing processes

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during formulation or production

Document all activities and maintain accurate records of production data

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production role

Exceptional focus on details and proficiency in executing tasks accurately

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced work environment with tight timelines

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus
