Job Number: R0097021 Web Developer, MidKey Role:Perform design, development, implementation and maintenance of major websites. Apply specific functional knowledge. Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS). Utilize web development libraries. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems.Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with working as a web designer and developer
Experience in working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-browser compatibility issues
Experience in working with Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
Experience in working with Content Management Systems (CMS), including Joomla, SharePoint and WordPress
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with UX and user-centered design
Knowledge of web development libraries, including jQuery and Bootstrap
Knowledge of evolving web standards
Ability to display a portfolio showcasing broad design and development competencies
Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
