.Net Application Support with Java + SQL

Role: .Net Application/Production Support with Java + SQL or VB/VB.Net Location: Mclean, VA ( On-Site) Minimum 6 -8 Years experience working on Production application Support Strong technology background, solid understanding of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem Management, change management). Experienced in application support with Java/J2EE and JavaScript technologies. Exposure in Microservice, Spring Boot, jQuery, etc. Exposure to job scheduling, monitoring tools like AutoSys Good hands-on experience with SQL, Stored procedures, Triggers, Functions (MSSQL, Oracle) Identify the issue and follow with the Client Team and team to get the issue/Task/Service request/escalation resolved. Work with team to complete impact assessment of the changes deployed in a production environment. Work closely with infrastructure team, business operation and development team for issue resolution Basic idea about webserver, IIS, etc. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in shell scripting knowledge Experience Leading Major Incidents Willing to work in shift and On-Call support
