- BS or equivalent with 3+ years of IT recruiting
- 3+ years’ experience with IT recruiting BS Degree or equivalent work exp.
- Experience recruiting for: HPC, Software Engineers, System Engineers, Full Stack Developers Understanding of Post Government hiring
- Experience working for a government contractor
- Duties include full life cycle recruiting:
- Working with customer’s hiring managers to determine needs
- Sourcing & Screening candidates to match current requirements
- Working closely with customers' management in the development and delivery of salary offers to applicants: to include compensation negotiation
- Facilitating interviewing process
- Assisting in closing candidates
- Additional responsibilities may include conducting research on employment trends, resume database input and maintenance and all required EEO/ AAP compliance reporting requirements as directed by customer’s human resources department
