You have expert knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data analytics, incident management, or investigative programs and the ability to identify risks and advise on solutions and mitigations.
You have experience in effectively understanding and communicating DLP concepts, trends, people risk, or conduct risk program management.
You are adept at critical thinking, writing, and briefing.
General Responsibilities:
Reviewing and managing DLP alerts at Capital One from our suite of tools.
Understand technology infrastructure and operational processes in order to enable a more effective response process.
Assist in creating catalogs detailing DLP response processes and procedures.
Working to help develop, follow, and maintain ‘playbooks’ which provide a visual depiction of various operational response workflows.
Identify and enhance processes where automation has the potential to improve efficiency.
Working closely with other team members to build each other’s understanding up.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1.5 years of experience in Cyber Operations, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Operations Center, or Insider Threat
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in cyber security, DLP, insider threat, incident response, or technical investigations
