Searching for a self-employed individual looking to add additional income into their current business by serving Civil Court documents for various courts throughout the Lynchburg, Bedford, Campbell County and surrounding areas. This would be a 1099 position paying a fee per paper. Idea candidate would be retired Military and/or have a Law Enforcement background. All clean cut, responsible individuals may be considered. Must have reliable transportation.
Types of papers delivered are Garnishments, Warrants in Debt, Subpoena's, Unlawful Detainers, Divorce, Child Support, etc. Special RUSH type papers will also occur as needed. Service hours are normally Monday thru Friday (8am - 6pm) but special papers could be served outside this window. Someone looking for 2 to 3 days a week would be ideal.
