Preschool Director

Main Street United Methodist Church is seeking a loving, organized leader to direct our vibrant Stepping Stones Preschool, Afterschool Program, and Elementary/Preschool Summer Camp Childcare Program. We envision this to begin as a 30 hour a week position and could transition to a full-time position. This position will coordinate all lesson plans, supervise and schedule all the teachers, oversee publicity of the programs in the community, secure needed supplies, manage the budget for these programs and maintain a positive relationship with the parents in the program. Because these programs are an extension of the ministry of Main Street UMC, the person in this position will work to connect the church and these programs and be intentional about sharing the faith with the students. This is a year-round position based on a 30 hour week but that can be increased if it becomes full-time.
