Virginia School Equipment Company (VSE) is an interiors subcontractor that furnishes and installs quality products in various types of commercial buildings (laboratories, schools, government facilities, etc.). VSE seeks to hire a full-time, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Lynchburg office to support project management by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Track orders with vendors and coordinate material deliveries with customers.

Assist in scheduling installers.

Maintain project and billing updates for weekly project management report.

Maintain project calendar.

Report shortages and damages.

Prepare close-out documentation.

Qualifications:

Proficiency using MS Office

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to read construction drawings.
