- The development of work breakdown structures (WBS) and Network Activities (NWA)
- Budget planning, analysis, execution, tracking and decision making/authority
- Spread sheet development
- The analysis and generation of financial metrics
- Task Planning Sheet (TPS) & Statement of Work (SOW) development
- Earned Value Metrics (EVMS) and various document and presentation development.
- You will use tools such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Integrated Budget, Planning and Execution Systems (IBPES) to execute daily functions
- Associates Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or two (2) years of
- equivalent experience.
- Three (3) years of general experience with basic financial and accounting skills that provide the foundation to perform as a team member executing financial management tasks within a Navy Working Capital Fund activity.
- Must have a current DoD SECRET security clearance.
- Experienced (Mid to advanced) in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor?s Degree in business, finance or accounting and experience with the Integrated Budget, Planning and Execution System (IBPES) and the Navy Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) System.
