We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agile, be an analytical thinker, and be a quick learner who is accustomed to and thrives when working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Takes responsibility for the development and execution of a test plan for a new solution or large implementation
- Works with Business Analyst and Application Engineer to ensure business requirements are met
- Tests the software for adherence to requirements, accessibility, and usability
- Develops and executes test cases
- Defect analysis and reporting
- Documents test cases and results in test case management solution (qTest)
- Interprets test data and performs root cause analysis
- Documents defects and verifies that the code fixes resolve the original error and did not cause a regression
- Validates exit criteria are met for each sprint and release before deployment to customers
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related
- 3 + years of experience with QA testing for web application implementations and go-lives
- Test Case Management tool (QC/ALM/qTest)
- JIRA/JIRA Agile
- SQL
- JavaScript (or willingness to learn)
- Selenium Automation
- Must be clearable to a level of Secret; possession of a Secret Clearance is preferred but not required
- Experience with Justice & Law Enforcement organizations is preferred
