Overview: The IT Engineer will maintain a smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. This person will be responsible for setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space. Responsibilities: • Applying advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures. • Software support includes, but not limited to Windows and Linux/RedHat operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and various specialty engineering and scientific development tools. • Experience with networks and computer systems admin

Qualifications:
  • Fundamental understanding of VM/virtualization and hyper-converged technologies
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS)
  • IAT Level II Certification

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret SCI with Poly level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
