MUST Be US Citizen for FedGov Clearance!We are the Employer!SYSTEMS ENGINEER - HYBRID REMOTE / EAST COAST HOURSSupports and leads major initiatives and coordinates projects for the technical team related to the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application.Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).Defines customers’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle.Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.Hardware and software upgradesSoftware and application patchingSupport VMware ESXi and vCloud/vCAC infrastructures on Cisco UCS and similar hardware platformsDiagnose and troubleshoot Windows / RedHat infrastructures and related technologiesEnsures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.Implements warranty and support activities.Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency.Oversees the development of customized software and hardware requirement.Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.Manage and monitor systems and infrasturcture  – 50%Installs, configures, and tests operating systems – 20%Upgrade/Patch management – 10%Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows / RedHat infrastructures – 10%Ad hoc activites – 10%
