Talent Acquisition & SourcingLead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across the organization.Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including cold outreach and talent networking.Screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and present qualified slates to hiring teams.Represent Airbus’ employment value proposition to prospective candidates.Coordinate interview and offer processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.Manage recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.Strategic Workforce DevelopmentSupport workforce planning and development initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align recruitment with business needs.Contribute to talent pipeline development and diversity outreach.Candidate ExperienceEnsure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide timely communication, feedback, and support during onboarding.Promote Airbus culture and values throughout the hiring process.
