We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with experience in software design and development to work in a team that will implement next-generation products and features for satellite communication. This engineer will work with an outstanding team of engineers with the goal of delivering a premier IP-based satellite communication product, making it possible to deliver voice, video, and data connectivity anywhere in the world.Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement high-performance C applications for cloud-native environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.
Write clean, well-structured, and efficient C code.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain robust unit, component, and integration tests.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up to date with the latest C standards and cloud-native technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Essential Skills
Strong proficiency in C programming language (8+ years of experience), including modern C 14/17/20 features.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience in designing and developing microservices-based applications on Kubernetes (5+ years of experience) and knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools for these applications.
Experience with cloud-native technologies (5+ years of experience) such as Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Solid understanding of Kubernetes API and objects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Linux.
Experience with microservices, AWS, Azure, and cloud integration.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
Knowledge of cloud migration, implementation documentation, and Java.
