The Quality Analyst at ATPCO ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of organizational data. By assessing and enhancing data quality across multiple sources, the Quality Analyst supports data-driven decision-making within the company. They work closely with various teams, including data engineers and stakeholders, to implement data validation processes, resolve inconsistencies, and promote best practices in data management. Their efforts are crucial for maintaining high data standards across all projects. You will: Work closely with the business and development teams to understand product specifications and requirements. Designing and implementing automated and manual tests to ensure the product meets the highest quality standards. Creating test plans, interpreting system requirements, executing test cases, and tracking quality assurance metrics.   Assess data quality, accuracy, and completeness across organizational data sources.  Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to maintain reliable data standards.  Identify data inconsistencies and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.  Perform data profiling, validation, and testing to verify data reliability and integrity.  Maintain data quality documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to best practices.   Ideal Candidate:  Proficiency in automated testing, test case development, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins, Ready-API, others). Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and root causes of quality issues. Knowledge of QA methodologies, industry standards, and compliance frameworks. Strong verbal and written communication for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements in products and processes. Meticulous in testing and documenting results to ensure product quality. Experience working with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance product quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in Agile or Scrum environments. Salary Range: $79,900 - $97,450 USDThe disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differential associated with the location
