Controller Experience:You have 8 years in the finance field, and 3+ years leading your sector.

Job Responsibilities:We are seeking a meticulous Senior Accounting Manager to oversee and optimize our financial reporting systems, invoicing, and proceduresIn this role, you will ensure accurate internal and external financial reporting while upholding stringent internal controls to safeguard our company's assetsYou'll collaborate extensively with auditors, management, and other departments to achieve our shared objectivesCoordinate monthly financial closings, conduct spending variance analysis, and ensure timely financial statement completionManage general ledger account reconciliation process and analyze spending variances for accuracy, making necessary correctionsAssist in preparing annual Year-End reports and supervise assigned direct reportsDevelop strategies for minimizing B & O tax, property tax, and sales tax, including collaboration with qualified consultantsMaintain daily sales reports and reconcile month-end cost of salesCollaborate closely with auditors to explain accounting procedures and facilitate annual auditsEnsure accuracy of financial data management systems for informed decision-makingSupport financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing costs, inventory, budgets, and capitalPerform other duties as assignedWhat matters to you matters to us:Fusion Technology values its employees and works hard to ensure proper care for them and their families.
