You must have experience, standard masonry tools, and be punctual and dependable. In addition, you must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. M3, Inc. provides necessary safety training and personal protective equipment.
Health Insurance:
After 60 days, full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance (M3, Inc. pays 60% of the premium).
Supplemental Benefits:
100% employer paid Short Term Disability and Life Insurance after 60 days of full-time employment.
Paid Holidays:
After 90 days, full-time employees receive 6 paid Holidays: Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; and New Year's Day.
